💪 My Go-To Weekly Workout Routine
For those of you wondering what kind of exercise I’ve been doing to achieve these changes – here’s what worked for me (and may work for you too):
🔹 Strength Training (3x/week)
I focus on deadlifts, rows, squats, and resistance bands. I love how it sculpts my back and shoulders.
🔹 HIIT (2x/week)
Short, sweaty sessions – 20-30 minutes max. This burns fat fast and keeps my metabolism high.
🔹 Core + Yoga (2x/week)
I believe in balance – planks, deep stretches, and breathwork help me reset and avoid burnout.
