When I first stepped into entrepreneurship, I quickly realized that running a company is about much more than numbers on a balance sheet. To me, entrepreneurship carries the responsibility of creating opportunities and shaping society.
I have always been particularly passionate about empowering women and young people. Too often, their potential remains untapped, not because of a lack of talent, but because of a lack of opportunity. This is why I spearheaded partnerships with universities to launch our Digital Entrepreneur Program (DEP).
Through this initiative, I’ve seen young people transform—not only by learning entrepreneurial skills but by gaining the confidence and mindset to take charge of their future. My vision has never been limited to creating salespeople. Instead, I want to nurture strategic thinkers—leaders who will one day drive sustainable businesses and make a lasting impact on society.
True entrepreneurship is not only about building companies. It is about building people. And when people grow, society thrives.
